Sisterlocks

Sisterlocks

During the first session of the Sisterlocks package, you and your J B Locks consultant will discuss your personal hair care history, styling preferences, and lifestyle to determine if Sisterlocks are right for you. We’ll also test some sample locks to check if they’ll hold and see how it feels. This consultation is essential to ensure we do your Sisterlocks in the most suitable way.

Installation

Lock installation can take 10-20 hours and may be divided into multiple sessions to create your perfect locks. You’ll leave your session at J B Locks with an average of 400 locks and a whole new attitude! We’ll also provide you with a starter kit to properly maintain your locks. You’ll be on your way to having gorgeous locks in no time.

Retightening

After at least two shampoos, it’s time for your follow-up retightening session. We’ll monitor the integrity of your locks, tighten them up, and ensure you have everything you need to care for them as they grow. As your locks mature, you can return for maintenance regularly.


Retightening Services timeframes are typically anywhere between 4-6 weeks.

Microlocks

Microlocks

Microlocks are tiny locks that can be installed without any formal training. There’s no set pattern, and you can use many techniques to make them.
